Very beautiful location in rovaniemi. Very friendly and co-operative staff. The stay was comfortable. Northern lights can be seen from the aurora hut and also in the complete area of this place. Wood fired sauna experience is so good. Entire property surrounded by snow with aurora huts and private sauna’s beside each hut. Highly recommended stay during winter to experience staying close to nature. Star gazing on a clear night is breathtaking. Hospitality was too good and restaurant breakfast was also very tasty. Their blueberry cake is a must try and too yummy. Would definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nova Galaxy Village. The room was compact but nice - had everything we’d need. The private sauna was great and the restaurant was delicious! Sadly didn’t see the Aurora, but still had a great time.

We were unlucky to be given the hut in the middle of where the rooms were situated meaning that we had several security light interrupting our views/photos. Also the reindeer rugs in restaurant need replacing, they malt a lot.

Overall would definitely recommend.

This place was a delight, we loved the private wood fired saunas and we saw some of the best Northern lights of our trip on our last night here. While the igloos are comfortable, they are small so I'd recommend packing light if you can. There's no "shower", but you can shower in the sauna using a bucket with water heated from the fire. The toilet in the room is a bit cramped (and waste is collected in a plastic/compost bag) but there are toilets nearby at reception.
Kota restaurant is not open for lunch and you're about 30mins from Rovaniemi itself, so I'd recommend packing snacks or staying 1-2 nights max. They cook everything over the fire and while the options for dinner are limited they were absolutely delicious. We loved the steak, reindeer carpaccio and the betroot & goats cheese bruschetta.
We organised the husky sledding while there and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The dogs are so friendly and they loooove to run. Because you're out of the city the sledding was also so serene. Highly recommend.

Une expérience fantastique à vivre absolument. Nous étions seuls au monde !!!! Un lac gelé, deux huttes de verre sublimes, un sauna tooopppissime et des aurores boréales fantastiques sur le lac. Le transport en traineau trop chouet aussi. Merci Tristan et Jess de nous avoir fait vivre cela avec vous .
Les chiens de traineaux sont joyeux, affectueux, bien traités, petillants de vie. On peut les carresser, les caliner ... un vrai bonheur . Le tour en traineau est magnifique sur le lac . A faire ici absolument
Passage incontournable pour un sejour en Laponie !!!!

Staff is excellent and very corporative.
Especially the lady at the front desk.

We are currently staying in the hotel and at the best igloo with a non obstructive view and clear skies (Arora hut 5)

For the first time we tried the traditional private sauna, it was just amazing; my wife just loved it.it was clean and well operational

It also has a small lake or stream which is a short walk from the hotel

Traumhaft! Iglu ist klein aber fein. Nur der Geruch der Komposttoilette war nicht so doll.
