Bokachá - Turku

Jotenkuten mukava pikku kuppila. Tänne tulo oli helppoa ja nopeaa. Jonoa ei ollut nimeksikään ja palvelu oli sujuvaa, vaikkakin palvelua sai vain englanniksi eikä olenkkaan suomeksi. Tämä on toki erittäin huono fakta sillä puoti sijaitsee keskellä Turun keskustaa ja Turku on tunnetusti pääasiassa vain suomea puhuva kauppakaupunki.

"Ruokalista" oli esitetty erittäin selkeästi ja kuvien kanssa ja tilaaminen oli helppoa. Juomat tulivat valmiiksi ja jonotusta ei ollut ollenkaan. Juomat olivat myös erittäin maistuvia.

Tunnelma paikan päällä oli mukava ja rauhaisa, mutta kaupassa oli äärimmäisen vahva kahvin haju koko vierailuni ajan.

En ganska trevlig liten caféliknande plats. Det var lätt och snabbt att komma hit. Det fanns i princip ingen kö och servicen var smidig – men den gavs endast på engelska och inte alls på finska. Det är förstås ett stort minus, eftersom butiken ligger mitt i Åbo centrum, som är känt som en huvudsakligen finskspråkig handelsstad.

"Menyn" var mycket tydligt presenterad och innehöll bilder, vilket gjorde beställningen enkel. Dryckerna var färdiga direkt och det fanns ingen kö alls. Dryckerna var dessutom mycket goda.

Stämningen på plats var trevlig och fridfull, men under hela mitt besök fanns en extremt stark doft av kaffe i lokalen.

English:

A somewhat pleasant little café-style spot. Getting here was quick and easy. There was practically no line, and the service was smooth — although it was provided only in English, with no Finnish at all. That’s a major downside, considering the shop is located right in the center of Turku, a city known for being primarily Finnish-speaking and commercial.

The "menu" was presented very clearly, with pictures, making ordering easy. The drinks were ready immediately, and there was no queue whatsoever. They also tasted excellent.

The atmosphere on site was calm and pleasant, though during my entire visit there was an extremely strong smell of coffee inside the shop.

В целом, приятное маленькое кафе. Сюда было легко и быстро добраться. Очереди практически не было, и обслуживание прошло гладко — однако оно велось только на английском, совсем без финского. Это, конечно, большой минус, учитывая, что заведение находится в самом центре Турку — городе, который в основном говорит на финском и известен как торговый центр.

"Меню" было представлено очень понятно и с картинками, что сделало заказ простым. Напитки были готовы сразу, и ждать в очереди не пришлось вообще. Кроме того, напитки были очень вкусными.

Атмосфера в заведении была приятной и спокойной, но на протяжении всего моего визита в помещении стоял чрезвычайно сильный запах кофе.

Such a cozy and charming café! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming — perfect for a relaxed bubble tea break or catching up with a friend. We had some delicious drinks served in cute glasses with fun straws. The interior is lovely, with lots of natural light and comfy seating. The staff is so sweet. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again!

Lovely! The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff friendly and very helpful, the coffee was great and enjoying it there was simply a pleasure. Loved the decoration and the whole vibe in there. There is also a "Free to take" box next to the entrance.

Best bubble tea and matcha in the city, I recommend the matcha with brown sugar and plain tapioca beads. 10/10!

The staff are lovely, the drinks are tasty (though I do not drink coffee so I cannot judge their coffee) and the atmosphere is very cozy. I frequently go there to study, often spending several hours there, and the staff are always very kind.
They also have wifi, which makes this an even better study spot.
It's not a very accessible place (a small step into the café, and no room to really navigate a wheelchair), and they do not have high chairs for children, but dogs are allowed.
While the staff do not speak Finnish, they do speak English and will try their best to help you either way (one time I saw the staff get two Deaf ladies the right order, though they ordered something not on the menu card, so I think it is fair to say they will manage to get you what you request despite a possible language barrier).
All in all definitely a place I recommend!

Beautiful place, tasty drinks and nice staff!

The girl who served us was very helpful and kind. The matcha latter with classic boba 🧋 was simply fantastic! My husband took a chocolate latte with boba and he also loved his drink!

We will be back for sure! This is now my favorite matcha latte place in Turku 🙌🏼❤️

Staff wasnt very friendly or welcoming or helpful, made the experience not that great. I asked for help with the menu and when I suggested something the worker looked at me weird and suggested something with a weird tone. The worker didnt even pay attention once we left, as they were on a call with someone, and we witnessed another person say ”thank you!” When leaving the cafe, and had to repeat it since the worker was not focusing on it. In my opinion people working in customer service fields such as cafes should have a more attentive and friendly attitude towards customers, which would make me want to return. The actual drinks were okay, not amazing but not bad, we had the very berry matcha and brown sugar latte with boba.
