Omg seriously. Where do we start. Now I know there are other good reviews and I faced issues from beginning to end.

Firstly not very accommodative- when we wanted to change the dates they did not accept. It’s not our fault our circumstances changed. They did not want to understand and help.

Gear is not so good at all. The ones v bought from winter gear shop in Malaysia is heaps better. Kept us warm.
The ones provided is absolutely useless. Maybe used zillion times and worn out.

Later I be making video on TikTok. See for videos later on.

The person after lost of conversation agreed to give discount of 20% but guess what there are shops outside much cheaper for same products

See the gear that I’m wearing. If that can keep me warm you can imagine the quality of their gear.

Le personnel est plutôt sympathique mais le matériel semble de qualité moyenne. Si vous avez de bonnes affaires de ski ça fera le job. Veste et pantalon nous ont paru assez fines pour un équipement grand froid. Quand aux bottes nous avons préféré ne pas les utiliser car ne maintien pas du tout la cheville. On dirait des chaussons. Celles de Nordic Odissey (magasin dans la rue juste à côté ) semblait bien plus qualitatives (marque Sorel) Nous avons rendu notre équipement 1 jour plutôt et aucun geste commercial n’a été fait.
Aussi vu qu’il y avait du monde dans le (petit) magasin nous n’avons pas pu essayer sur place - possibilité de revenir changer de taille si besoin.

To use this store, it is essential to carefully confirm the reservation time and whether the received clothing matches your size at the store. I hope they read this feedback and improve their service to prevent similar issues for other travelers with limited time at their destinations.

We received clothing in the wrong size due to their error and ended up paying for unused time. Misleading statements about being able to "change" the reservation time led us to believe we had adjusted our booking, only to leave the store empty-handed. If we had understood that it was an extension rather than a change, we would have gladly paid the additional cost and collected the clothing.

When we were told that free exchanges were possible in case of a size mismatch, we asked whether we could check the size at the store, but we were informed that it was not possible. After returning to our accommodation, we confirmed that the size provided was incorrect and not what we had ordered.

Our mistake has already cost us financially. It is now up to the service provider to address these issues and ensure that other travelers do not face the same problems in the future.

If you want to rent winter clothes in the city center, you can choose this option. You can also make a reservation online. When you go to the store, the clothes are delivered ready-made. If you wish, you can change in the changing room there and if there is a problem with the clothes, you can make changes.

The shop is located close to the centre of Rovaniami. They offer warm clothes, luggage storage and they also sell souvenirs. The clothes are really warm and we have hired them for three days. We booked online and some sizes do not fit but the lady in the shop gives us new sizes that are available. Some clothes are clean and some are not.

No problem at all, we rented their clothes and boots for 3 days and it saved us from the freezing cold. Best part is they give upper and lower separately unlike others where full overalls are provided, fully recommended.

Borrowed the full set of winter gear for three days. Had pre-booked it online for collection. We tried it on straight away. Most things fitted but they were able to immediately sort us out with the correct sizes for the things that didn't. We also left our luggage there for a few hours on our final day. Excellent service.

Clothing kept us toasty, couple of the party tried it all on before leaving as their sizing options had been tricky, all sorted very quickly. Very slick check back in of gear and I accidentally left my phone in a pocket 🤦🏼‍♀️ set aside and easy to collect. Great option for hire.
